This website is operated by Vita Bella Brand, LLC ("Vita Bella", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and personalization

All items are made to order. You're responsible for checking the personalization (text, spelling, capitalization), thread color, size and options you enter before placing your order. We embroider your text exactly as entered. We may refuse or cancel an order we can't fulfill or that contains offensive or infringing content (for example, trademarks or copyrighted material), and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Product appearance

We do our best to show colors and products accurately, but screens vary and each piece is embroidered one at a time, so small variations in color and stitch placement can occur. Live previews and photos are for illustration.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy are part of these terms.

Discounts

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be applied to past orders and may end at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, text and designs, belongs to Vita Bella Brand, LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vita Bella is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
